The latest round of a thaw in U.S.-Cuba ties was announced by the Departments of Treasury and Commerce and take effect next week.
The current monetary limit for Cuban tobacco and rum is $100.
Other highlights include allowing Cuban-made pharmaceuticals to get U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval and for exports of consumer goods sold online.
